LEARN THE SECRETS OF PROFESSIONAL WEDDING VIDEO!

Professional Wedding Video Training and Certification Classes Begin in Fullerton!

April 21, 1995 --

GARDEN GROVE, CA - - BRYCIN Productions announces the first "Professional Wedding Video Production Specialist" training and certification program. The first of two scheduled 4 week sessions will begin Tuesday, June 27th, in the city of Fullerton, through the Department of Community Services.

Brian Mikkelson, Training Coordinator and Co-Founder of BRYCIN Productions, has drawn upon his 16 years of wedding video experience to create a course that not only trains participants to produce professional level wedding videos but also professionally certifies them. During the course, each student will be provided information on detailed scene selection, camera usage, video checklists, and professional "tricks-of-the-trade". Samples of the necessary forms and documents normally required for professional wedding videography will be presented throughout the course. In a special "lab" session, students will receive "hands-on" instruction in proper equipment set-up and operational techniques. Upon satisfactory completion of the 10 hour course each student will be presented a certificate suitable for framing.

The "Professional Wedding Video Production Specialist" training and certification classes are open to anyone interested in wedding video. Even brides who are thinking about having their weddings videotaped are encouraged to attend the class because it will help them when it is time to recognize and confidently select a true professional for their own wedding.

Some of the topics covered in this unique class are video lighting conditions, video and audio equipment, working with the "still" photographer, and videotaping spontaneous events. Other topics cover important information about the wedding rehearsal, camera and microphone set-up, videotaping the ceremony and reception locations, post-ceremony and pre-reception events, videotaping the reception, conducting interviews or comments, and more! The class structure is so thorough that it even covers dress codes and vulgarity.

The 10 hour course will consist of one 2 1/2 hour evening session per week for 4 weeks. Space is limited, so for more information on class registration, locations, and times, contact the Community Services Department of the city of Fullerton, or Brian Mikkelson at BRYCIN Productions.

GARDEN GROVE, CA - - BRYCIN Productions announces the first "Professional Wedding Video Production Specialist" training and certification program.

"Wedding videography has become so popular that it seems like anyone who purchases a camcorder wants to get into the business. Unfortunately most people don't realize that videotaping weddings is much more complicated than just pointing the camera and pushing a button," says Brian Mikkelson. "Today's bride doesn't want an amateurish product. She wants to be able to put her complete trust in the videographer to document the once-in-a-lifetime event creatively and professionally."
