Photo Montage - $300

Up to 50 photos of your choice are beautifully set to music in a presentation style program.  Each picture is shown full screen with dramatic motion and soft dissolve transitions.  Running time is approximately 5-7 minutes.  You can select your own background music or leave the music choice up to us.  The program is delivered on a custom labeled high quality DVD.

Add an additional 50 photos for only $200 .  That makes it a 100 photo montage for only $500.

Engagement DVD Production - $550

This exciting production is the perfect way to announce your engagement and upcoming wedding date to all your friends and family.  30 Photographs (10 of the bride growing up, 10 of the groom growing up, and 10 dating photos) are combined with personal in-depth interviews.  This is your opportunity to tell the world how you met, fell in love, and how the proposal came about.  25 Full size DVD copies of this production are provided for you to send to your closest friends announcing your engagement and upcoming wedding date.

Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner - $300

This is the perfect enhancement to your overall wedding experience.  We will attend and record your wedding rehearsal and the highlights of your rehearsal dinner.  Up to 3 hours of coverage on location.  This is a unique opportunity to capture all the excitement and emotions that will reveal themselves in this once-in-a-lifetime event.   The finished product will be edited and included in your final wedding DVD production allowing you and your family to relive the precious moments anytime you wish for years to come.

Thank You DVD Production - $500

This production is the perfect way to say “Thank You” to all your guests.  We combine the complete wedding day highlights with personal “on-camera” comments from the Bride and Groom.  This 8 – 10 minute program is mastered on a full size DVD disc for you, and 50 copies on 3 inch mini-DVD discs to send to your guests.     Additional mini-DVD copies may be purchased for $2.75 each in quantities of 25.

Love Story Video Portrait - $795

This is a beautifully edited documentary style production on how you met and fell in love.  This can be as creative  or as special as you want it to be.  It can be funny, or a re-enactment of how you met.  This is filmed usually two or three months before the wedding at up to two different locations with you and your fiancé.  In-depth personal interviews, up to 30 bride, groom, and dating still pictures, and any video clips of your courtship may be included to enhance the story.  All of this is elegantly produced with specially selected background music.  This 8 – 10 minute video can be created in time to be played during your rehearsal dinner or reception and is presented to you on a high quality DVD with 2 additional copies to share with family and friends.  This Love Story Video Portrait also becomes the romantic  “Opener” for your wedding video production.

Additional Love Story Segment Locations - $250

Up to 90 minutes on location.  Additional Charges such as mileage or parking may apply.  Ask for details.

Bridal Shower Coverage - $300

Up to 2 hours “on-location” video coverage captures the fun and excitement of your bridal shower.  These exciting highlights can be presented to you on a separate DVD or can be included as part of your final wedding video production, your choice.

Final Wedding Gown Fitting - $200

Capture the excitement as you try-on your wedding gown for the final fitting.  This romantically emotional moment is captured forever as it happens to allow you to relive the moment over and over again for years to come.

Wedding Day Interviews - $250

Personal comments from selected key members of the wedding party (parents of the Bride and Groom, Maid of Honor and best Man, Bride and Groom) are privately recorded and then added to your final production giving it that special sentimental touch.

Deluxe DVD and Case Production - $250

Turn your final DVD production into a “Hollywood” style interactive DVD with custom chapters and motion menus housed inside a custom designed “Library” style presentation case.

Bride Pre-Wedding Preparation Upgrade - $250

If you want the bride’s preparation but the wedding video package you have selected does not include it, this upgrade is the one for you.  We will make every effort to capture the highlights of the bride's preparation prior to the ceremony on the wedding day.  Timing is crucial to the success of these highlights.  Be sure to discuss this option with us before ordering this upgrade.  Travel or other additional fees may apply.

Highlights DVD - $275

This 8 – 12 minute program provides an overview of your wedding day and is elegantly produced utilizing “black-and-white”, “slow-motion”, and other special visual effects.  Background music is specifically chosen to enhance the viewing pleasure and excitement of the wedding day.  This style of production is perfect for that special  “screening” party with friends and family

Cinematic Style Ending Credits Upgrade - $275

Your wedding video production is concluded in grand “Cinematic” style with scenes of the day’s highlights and a listing of all the people that brought your special day together.  These scrolling credits are reminiscent of many of the major Hollywood productions and will provide a memorable keepsake for years to come.  This upgrade is automatically included in some package.  See our suggested package descriptions before ordering.

Video Projection Upgrade - $275

Present your “Love Story Video Portrait”, “Photo Montage”, or “Engagement DVD” on a 100” diagonal projection screen at your reception or rehearsal dinner.  Utilizing a high quality DLP video projector and powerful self-  contained sound system, your guests will endear themselves to you as they watch your story unfold on the “big screen”.

LCD TV Upgrade - $175

Present your “Photo Montage” on a 28” High Definition LCD TV for your guests to enjoy during your cocktail hour at your reception.

DVD Wedding Favors - $2.75 each

Wedding favors have traditionally been an affectionate way of thanking your guests for sharing your special day with you.  Now you can really personalize this tradition by sharing your “Love Story”, “Photo Montage”, or  “Engagement DVD” with all your guests in the form of a 3” mini-DVD favor with fully customized, full color labeling in a clear vinyl sleeve.  (Clear mini-DVD jewel cases may be substituted for an additional charge).  This mini-DVD is compatible with all tray loading DVD players and computers with a DVD-ROM drive.  Minimum order of 100 (Order in quantities of 25).  10% discount on orders over 300.

Web Streaming - $125

Share the fun and excitement of your production with family and friends.   Web Streaming allows you to view your video production anywhere in the world.  Your videos will be hosted “online” for 90 days for all to enjoy.

Video “Still-Frame” Color Prints - $10 each

Video produces 30 frames (pictures) per minute.  Any single frame can be captured and printed like an ordinary photograph.  Although the images printed in this manner may not be quite as sharp as normal photography, our 3CCD Digital Broadcast quality cameras allow the best alternative to regular photography.  This is especially helpful if your photographer missed a particular photo opportunity or your budget doesn't allow for a photographer.

Photo to DVD Transfers – ($35 setup + $2 per  photo)

Straight transfers only.  No editing or special effects included.  Presented on 1 DVD with generic labeling.  Additonal copies available at current duplication rates.

Hourly Production Rates - $125 per hr (3 hour min)

This applies to “straight shoot” production events and includes basic titles.  Editing is not included.    Travel and other additional fees may apply.  “In-Studio” editing is available at our standard studio editing rate of $100 per hour.

Overtime Rates - $125 per hour

If our packages do not include the necessary amount of time for complete coverage, additional hours of coverage are available.  Any overtime charges will be added to the final balance due and is payable upon final production delivery for your convenience. (Only applies to packages that have a pre-determined hourly time limit.)

Parking and Additional Charges

Occasionally there may be the necessity to add additional charges like parking, or any other surprise or unexpected fees that may not have been readily apparent during the production planning process.  If additional charges should become necessary, you will be given as much advance notice as possible to help arrange an alternative solution.  Any charges that must be applied will be added to the final balance due and must be paid prior to the release of any production materials.  As a rule, we try to plan ahead of time for the unexpected, and fees of this nature are no exception.
